After doing the detox, you have to continue the healthier lifestyle (not drinking alcohol, not smoking, etc) and eating good food. Some food are believed have benefits to prevent and help remove toxin in the body. What are they?
1. Vegetables
Make sure you eat vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, beet, cabbage, reddish, carrot, spinach and lettuce everyday.

You can eat onion and garlic raw or added on your food. These food boost the enzyme activities that assist the process of removing toxin from your body.

It is recommended to eat tuna, salmon, or sardine at least twice a week.
4. White meat
Better for you to avoid eating meat or consume in small portion. But if you want to eat meat, please choose white meat or low fat meat.

Protein is needed by our body and soya bean contains of high vegetable protein. Soya bean can be produced in many ways like milk, tofu, ice cream, etc.
6. Seeds and Nuts
Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and other nuts are the healthy snacks to be eaten.
7. Psyllium
It is a plant that rich of fiber that can assist in maintaining the bowel function.
8. Green tea
Green tea contains of antioxidant and catechins that good for your health especially to assist the liver activity.
9. Honey
Never underestimate the benefit of honey because it can boost your energy and immune system.
10. Fruits
Eating ripe organic fruits and drinking the juice are very healthy. You can mix all fruits you like to get the best taste. In fact, some mix juice can help to cure some diseases, such as carrot-celery juice can lower the blood pressure.
