Body odor is something that very annoying. Your performance will decrease if your body has unpleasant smell. Though every human has their unique own body odor, but if too strong will make people next to you disturbed. So, how to eliminate body odor?
1.You are what you eat. Don’t you know that consuming particular food might be effect to armpit odor? Food with strong aroma like garlic and onion, then processed food, red meat can cause body odor. It doesn’t mean you are prohibited to consume that kind of foods, but you have to limit the intake and balancing it with fruits and vegetables.
2.Taking a bath more often. Having a shower will remove all bacteria and sweat that cause body odor.
3.Wear clean and dry clothes; change it more often especially when you’re sweaty. It can prevent bacteria spread to your body from the sweaty clothes.
4.Avoid wearing synthetics clothes such as nylon, especially in the hot weather. Better to choose clothes made from cotton because it absorbs the sweat well.
5.Shave the hair armpit more often because it’s a hiding place of bacteria that cause body odor. You can use an epilator or shaver to do that.
6.Use deodorant after taking a bath, but for the consideration you can use more natural deodorant like baking soda. After taking a shower, dry yourself using towel then apply deodorant or baking soda to your armpits.
7.You can use antibacterial soap instead of the regular soap
8.Don’t smoke. Smoker will have stings body odor because of the inhaled tobacco. So, stop smoking from now on.
