Creating a regular schedule
Our body likes consistency. If you have the sleeping schedule, it will make your body easier to adjust to the life rhythm .
Setting the alarm
Don’t set the alarm with the deafening sound. It might dangers for people who suffer of heart problem. So, set your alarm with a little bit soft sound but still can be heard by your ears. Moreover, put the alarm a little further from your bed, so you need extra effort to turn it off.
Having enough hours to sleep
Make sure you already fulfill the hour of sleep. Some people take 8 hours while others only take 6 hours. It’s no matter how long you’re sleeping, but the important thing is the quality of sleep.
Getting up straight away
It’s useless if you heard the alarm then snooze it. Because most likely you’ll snooze the alarm again and fall asleep. Just get up straight away when the alarm sounds.

Stretching
You can do stretching after wake up for about 5-10 minutes. It’ll energize your body and keeps the mind focus after your body system was inert while you’re sleeping. You can stretch on every part of your body like legs, hands, back, etc.
Getting a shower immediately
After you wake up and do the stretch, drinking water, etc. It’s time for getting a shower especially with cold water in the summer or when the weather is warm enough. It’ll refresh your body and mind.
Having something excited
If you have something excited, it’ll easier for you to wake up in the morning. Let’s say, you’re excited on a girl at the office, puppy at your house, or the exotic fragrance of your bath soap.
