Cellulite is a skin problem that can be suffered by women, men, fat, and thin people. As I wrote in the previous post about “what is cellulite?“, it is the excessive fat accumulation on the skin layer (hypodermis) that makes the uneven skin or some people call it orange peel syndrome. If you find white sketches like orange peel on your arms, thighs, abdomen, buttock or knees, that might be cellulite.
Even though, it’s not dangerous skin disorder, but cellulite may reduce your appearance. Many women especially the ones who involved in entertainment industry, get worried to have cellulite in their body. Because how come they can walk on the red carpet but cellulite comes up on the knees?
In fact, there are some few things to get rid of cellulite from your skin. So, what are they?
1. Dry body brushing
By doing skin brushing, the cellulite will be controlled because nutrients and oxygen are easily carried to the skin outer layer or epidermis. So, how to do the dry body brushing? It’s simple, you just need a body brushing, make sure you choose the soft ones, in order to avoid your skin gets irritated. Then begin to brush from the feet then to the whole parts of body with the light movement. Remember, the movement has to be toward the heart, in order to encourage the return of blood and encourage lymphatic flow. It takes 2 until 5 minutes to do the dry body brushing.
2. Massage
The proper massage will give some benefits to your body and skin, by increasing circulation, blood flow, and eliminating waste-toxin from our body. There are many anti cellulite massage oil that are sold in stores, but instead of buying you can make your own anti cellulite massage. The ingredients are 2 cups of coffee powder, ½ cup of sugar or sea salt, and 2-3 tablespoons of massage oil. Mix all the materials. Wash your body with warm water then massage with this mix to the body then rinse it with warm water.
3. Exercise
Exercise not only burn excess fat causes of cellulite but also to increase blood flow to the skin surface. You can do various ways to get rid of cellulite like gardening, biking, jogging. But if you want to get the maximum result try to do the aerobics 30-60 minutes a day and do it twice a week minimal.
4. Healthy food
Consuming more fruits and vegetable is good for your health and skin. Drink at least 7-8 glass per day, so the toxins will come out with urine and prevent the skin from drying out which triggers cellulite on your skin.
5. Anti Cellulite Cream
The result of using anti cellulite cream is different for each person. But the most important thing when you choose this cream is make sure that the ingredients contain of Aminophylline that can eliminate fat cells and toxins under the skin.
