Natural Detoxification With Juice Fasting

The term of detoxification is generally known as secrete toxin from our body due to consuming alcohol, drugs, or other toxic substances. In fact, the benefit of detox are widely. You can do detoxification in order to waste away all the pollution effect like smoke, additive substance on food, pesticide, etc that contaminate our body. So, how do you know that your body need detoxification? If you often felt headache without any cause, hair loss excessively, back pain, or allergic to something, you probably have to consider to do the detoxification.

The benefits of detoxification are repairing the kidney, lever, and blood function, stimulating the body immune system, improving the hormonal system, reducing the dependency of sugar, caffeine, nicotine, or alcohol. Vitamin A, C, and E are very important for health. These vitamin and selenium are functioning as antioxidant. Antioxidant can release the free radicals. The easiest way to get antioxidant is by consuming fruits and vegetables. But, it’s better to be consumed raw, because when you cook it, some nutrition will be missing.

How To Do Natural Detoxification With Juice FastingThus, the easiest way to do the detox is by juice fasting, means drinking fruit or vegetable juice without eating anything for some periods. Due to the danger of pesticide and other chemicals, please choose only the organic fruits and vegetables for juicing. If not, the hazardous chemical that used in fruits and vegetables would contaminate in your juice and you would not get the right result like your expectation.

There are some ways of doing natural detoxification with juice fasting such as:

1. For 7 days you have to only drink papaya juice every morning. Continued with drinking apple juice 7-8 glass per day. Then on the 2nd day you can add one tablespoon of olive oil during breakfast and lunch. Moreover, on the 4th day you can eat organic apple when you’re hungry.

2. For two days you have to only drink one glass of mineral water that mixed with lemon juice every morning. Then drinking fruit juice 7-8 glass per day. The suggested fruit for juicing are papaya, apple, mango, watermelon, pineapple, and lemon.

3. For two days you only consume:
a. Breakfast : pure yogurt, apple, and carrot juice
b. Between breakfast and lunch : apple
c. Lunch : vegetables salad
d. Dinner : fruits salad, apple juice
Make sure that you also drink mineral/fresh water and herbal tea without sugar during the detoxification treatment.

4. You can start juice fasting from morning till evening. You can make any combination you like, such as apple blend in bananas, strawberries, oranges, peaches, etc.

You can choose the most suitable detox method for you. After doing detoxification, the side effects probably appear. For instance, coffee addict could have had a mild headache for one or two days because no caffeine absorbed in your body. Your urine color will look more dark and pungent. Farting oftentimes or you will feel flu symptoms. These reactions are normal, but remember not all people get the same responses due to personal differentiation of metabolism.

Some note that you have to be considered are only organic fresh ripe fruits and vegetables that used for making juice. All juices should be made fresh immediately before drinking and don’t add any sweetener on your juice. Lastly, please consult to your doctor before doing natural detoxification with juice fasting to make sure the right treatment for you.
