Avocado is a familiar fruit that often to be consumed as juice or mix on your dish. This versatile fruit has many benefits and efficacy. However, some people are afraid to consume because it is considered to have a high fat content. Is it really so? What are the health benefits of avocado and efficacy of avocado?

Oleic acid is a powerful antioxidant that can capture free radicals in the body due to pollution.

Free radicals in the body will cause a variety of health complaints.
